Payment & Taxes
When providing payment by credit card, you confirm the credit card is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Please note, your items will not be shipped until the transaction has been verified and cleared. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to Design Rehab, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
A San Francisco tax rate of 8.75% will be charged on all purchases made within (or shipped to) California, no exceptions.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed, and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as a reference as it will also include your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information you provide to us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an accurate address. We will not be held responsible for delivery failures if you do not give us the correct address or if it is an address that we cannot perform delivery to. If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.
Deliveries are available for those wishing to use a PO Box address. Please check that your rental agreement includes signed-for/registered items. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments. All shipments are insured, and you will assume all responsibilities of claims with the shipping carrier. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the shipper.
Domestic and International Shipping
All U.S. orders will be shipped using USPS, unless specifically requested. For such a request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your purchase.
For all International orders, the shipping costs provided include all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees so that there are no additional shipping fees upon delivery. Since shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping, shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. Please email email@example.com to consult international shipping charges.
For both U.S. and International orders, if you refuse shipment from Design Rehab, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Design Rehab. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to check that all delivery information is correct as if it does not match the delivery service records, we may have to contact you to update this information and your order may be delayed. Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications. Design Rehab is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Price Changes & Stock Availability
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
While we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed. In the case that part of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarding item(s).
Design Rehab ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However, in few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings. Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem before canceling and refunding you for your order. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.
Where a promotional code is required for an offer or discounted price, the code should be entered during the checkout process. Customers should take note of entering codes, checking that the offer/credit has been applied. Should you find that the code is inapplicable or invalid, please refer to the specific conditions for the code as the promotion may have already expired. Should you have difficulty in applying a valid promotional code to your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com.

Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges for domestic orders for up to 14 days, excluding Final Sale items. Returns made within 14 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment minus any original and return shipping charges. The original shipping cost as well as the return or exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for Final Sale items.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by one of our representatives, a confirmation will be sent to you for reference along with the return address. Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving the item(s).
All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided. We will NOT accept any packages sent without a confirmation number. If item(s) are returned without a confirmation number, your return package will be refused and Design Rehab will not be held responsible. We do NOT accept International returns.
Our Returns & Exchange Process
- A copy of the authorization notice and confirmation number provided by one of our representatives must be included along with the item(s) for return.
- Items must be in new/original condition or unworn/unwashed/undamaged/unaltered and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- We recommend return items are shipped within 3 days from receiving your confirmation number to ensure your package arrives at our facility within 14 days.
- Processing returns may take up to 10 business days upon receipt.
- We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.
- Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.
- We recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Upon dispute, Design Rehab reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns.
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. An item purchased under Final Sale that is not the right size, color, or fit, is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items include all items currently listed below as well as any items on sale or discounted:
- Accessories Items (Wallets, Baseballs, Coasters, Cig Pencils, Cig Pencils/Lighters)
- Print Items (Books, Magazine, Stickers) and Stationery
- Hats or Caps
